| Summary: | The objective of the research was to analyze the management of stakeholders in the Parque Industrial de Malambo S.A. (PIMSA), considering the importance of their good management for the achievement of corporate objectives, this in turn managed to contribute to the study the identification of the gaps of the implemented model, compared to the reference model. It was framed in the quantitative epistemological approach, correlational scope and non-experimental cross-correlational-causal design. To collect the data, the survey was used as a technique, through a questionnaire with Likert scales, applied to the management positions of PIMSA. The analysis of the results was performed using scientifically accepted numerical and statistical techniques such as frequency distribution, measures of central tendency, control graphs, dispersion measures. The results allow to show the mechanisms used by the organization to identify, prioritize and evaluate the interested parties, increasing the corporate awareness of the threats and opportunities existing in their efficient management. It is concluded that in the context of the transition from industrial park to eco-park in PIMSA, as in all large and small organizations, it is essential to support the relationship processes and define the materialities on which Stakeholders management is based, as well as the linking them in the achievement of their objectives. |
