Summary:The purpose of this study is to describe the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices in the transportation company Expreso Brasilia S.A. To know the CSR practices carried out by Expreso Brasilia S.A. An online survey was applied to 20 employees of the administrative area of the organization based on the economic, environmental and social dimensions and the principles of sustainability memory of the GRI Guide, the results show that CSR activities have contributed to the increase of the organization's participation in the market, improving its economic profitability. Likewise, the collaborators reflect a greater importance in the social and environmental dimension, being the final disposal of waste the program that stood out the most in environmental management. The study concludes that the vision of organizations goes beyond wealth, which implies a commitment to society and environmental well-being. In addition, the research highlights the importance of CSR in transportation companies, since there are few studies that describe the impact of CSR in this sector, especially in Colombia.
