| Summary: | The present investigation had as objective to determine the relation of the logistics management and the competitiveness of the SMEs of the sector of logistic operators in Departamento del Atlántico. The study was oriented in the research line of Economic Sciences in Administration, contextualizing itself in the areas of knowledge of Logistics Management and Competitiveness of SMEs in the logistics operators sector. Theoretically, the variable was supported by the approaches of Langley (1986), Carrasco (2000), García (2004), Trujillo (2005), Stock & Lambert (2000) and Cantillo.As for the type of research was descriptive, correlational, with non-experimental, cross-sectional and field design. The population was constituted by 25 managers and 25 operative coordinators of the business sector of the SMEs for a total of 50 subjects.The technique used was the survey, applied through two questionnaires of 25 and 12 items, with Likert-type response scale. It was validated by 5 experts, and the reliability test of Cronbach's Alpha was applied, whose coefficient marked 0.80 and 0.72 for the variables indicating that it is reliable Once the instrument was applied, it was processed statistically with the support of the statistical package SPSS version XXI. Once the general averages of the variable are obtained, it is evident that the population surveyed has a positioning. The conclusions indicate that, in the logistics process, the success of a business structure, the reduction of costs and the well-being of the needs of its clients. |
