Aplicación del régimen de protección del consumidor financiero en Villavicencio

With the firm purpose of informing and statistically verifying it is necessary to inform Villavicense of the protection mechanisms that have been legally granted, which are available to citizens, they have the purpose of safeguarding the consumer of financial products, services provided by entities public and private dedicated to this object, regulated by the Financial Superintendency and the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, entities that intervene in a mediating and fair manner between users and customers, there is preexistence of regulation where legal tools are provided to prevent arbitrariness and administrations abusive of the contractual relationship, in which sometimes the clauses are consensual and others by adhesion, law 1328 of 2009 clearly establishes the rights, obligations and proper way to proceed during the contractual relationship or simply by the use of the different transactions of financial entities. The Financial Superintendence of Colombia provides all the necessary information to both parties and imposes the pertinent sanctions in particular cases where the user feels violated their rights and attacking their economic assets
