Summary: | The research was developed in the Technical Educational Institution Baranoa Juan José Nieto - Atlantic, with the aim of harmonizing the relationship between the educational community to contribute to the strengthening of self-esteem as a pedagogical strategy, aimed at socio performance - efficient education student, with significant experience in transforming the educational and social environment, to facilitate the achievement of learning as a strategy to address the quality of education. It starts with the description of events originating in the problem, continuing with the objectives, rationale and information of interest to the investigation. Following the methodological process and pedagogical processes , using the ethnographic approach and socio- critical paradigm that allow transforming reality , collecting information through instruments such as direct observation , interviews, surveys, etc. , reaching its analysis and interpretation, yielding information on self-esteem and links to academic performance.The population of this research consisted of 30 students of 5 °, describing their behavior in relation to academic performance. In seeking solutions to some behaviors, the proposal: Affection, fun and creativity, mediators that allow pedagogical strategies to strengthen self-esteem, academic performance projected, based on theoretical references as Erickson and Piaget. With the investigation concluded that the educational community is committed, in the medium term, the institution will be needed, with expectations to impact instructional strategies, forming in life and for life, with awareness of the processes that help personal growth. |
