Summary:The main objective of this research project is to design a pedagogical proposal based on the conception, structure and functionality of the coexistence manual to contribute to the comprehensive training of students of the Fruit of Hope Educational Institution of the Municipality of Galapa Atlántico and the Colegio “Camilo Torres” Amazonian Agroecological Farm, located in the urban area of the Municipality of Cartagena del Chaira, Department of Caquetá. The methodology used was oriented from the fundamentals of the rationalist-deductive epistemological approach, with a paradigm of critical rationalist orientation, under a rationalist method (Logical-formal). Similary, the research design is illustrated by phases according to the descriptive, explanatory and applicative design. For data collection, techniques and instruments were used, stories such as the content analysis of the coexistence manual, as well as the application of an-interview guide and a survey through a standardized questionnaire applied to teachers, students and parents. The validation of the instruments was carried out through expert judgment, and to establish reliability, the Cronbach's coefficient Alpha was established. Based on the results obtained, a pedagogical proposal was suggested for the comprehensive training of students from the conception and functionality of the coexistence manual. The results indicated that the institutions are not applying the guidelines set forth in the coexistence manual, thus discovering deficiencies in the various actions, strategies and methods for the promotion of school coexistence.
