Summary: | The present research aims to design, validation by judges and Internal Consistency Analysis of the Scale for the Measurement of Social Identity (EMIS), which is aimed at Demobilized Adult Population of the Defense Forces of Colombia (AUC), linked to the justice and Peace program, with the purpose of verifying the hypotheses. The design of this scale is based on the theory of Henry Tajfel (1980) on "Social Identity", which he defines as that part of the self-concept associated with the sense of belonging to a group and the emotional and evaluative value the individual given their membership. Methodologically, this project is subject to a non experimental design psychometric. EMIS Scale reliability analysis derived from the internal consistency between the ratings of the judges to each of the 27 items in terms of their coherence and relevance is considered at a high level of α: 0.89 on a scale of 0 to 1. These results provide evidence of the internal consistency and are enriched with principal component analysis associated with Construct Validity Scale. |
