Summary:The objective of this study was to design pedagogical and didactic guidelines to improve the levels of student performance, taking into account the psychological, social and cultural aspects as associated factors. This research is descriptive, quantitative and not experimental. a population whose sample was 24 selected students with low performance level. It was decided to make a census due to the small size of the population. To obtain the data, the following questionnaires were applied: Goldstein social skills, TMMS -24 and academic competences, as well as 10 teachers who teach classes in the sex grade. The pedagogical strategy questionnaire was applied, and the academic average of the sample of the participants was obtained during the second academic semester of the current year. The conclusions and recommendations outline pedagogical and didactic guidelines that contribute to improving student performance.
