Summary: | This research will be carried out focusing on the analysis of digital transformation and its strategic importance within companies in the printed communication area of the City of Barranquilla, Colombia. Therefore, the main objective will be to analyze the relevance and the main incidents of digital transformation. It is intended to generate a compilation of the theoretical advances and / or associated research to analyze which points are key within companies and which represent the most significant opportunities to adapt to the digital transformation process, with the ultimate aim of increasing their productivity. This systematic study is framed within the quantitative paradigm, descriptive type, non-experimental, transectional and field design. To obtain information, the survey was used as a technique through a Likert-type questionnaire with 30 items on an ordinal scale, validated by 3 experts in the area. A weighted scale was determined to categorize the results. The instrument was applied to 3 print media and 34 workers as a sample. It is important to mention that although the applicable actions are known, they are not the most technological or with an integral sense of a strategy, which shows that although the terms are known and in turn are applied in the strategy, it is not framed in an integral development which it throws us certain deficiencies in the development and the final result of customer experience as the central axis of a good digital transformation process. |
