| Summary: | In the definitive designs associate bore in mind at all times the cultural and economic characteristics of the population, since due to its size (571 inhabitants), the corregimiento of Santa Rita faces a series of problems that make difficult the construction and development of a system of wastes water. The main problems are related to regulations, high costs, limitations of financing and budgets limited for the maintenance of the facilities. The designs fit to the recommendations and technical norms stipulated in the Technical Regulation for the Sector of Drinking water and Basic Sanitation – EVENNESS 2000 and adopted as the Department Of Economic Development by means of Resolution Not 1096 of November, 2000. |
