Summary:The purpose of this research is to implement a data mining model for the optimization of maintenance arrays in vehicle reviews of the Chevrolet brand. The type of research was applied, retrospective, cross-sectional, descriptive, documentary, aiming at the solution of a problem or need, where part of the information was obtained before starting the study and during the development of the investigation, complying with the procedures established in the investigation phases and the methodology related to CRISP-DM data mining , conformed by six (6) phases: Business understanding, Data understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation and Deployment, which allowed to fulfill the objectives of the research, improving the quality of service evaluations, quantity of vehicles in maintenance and the reduction of maintenance times.
