Description
Summary:The present study was carried out with the general objective of analyzing the school conflict in teachers of primary school of Barranquilla in relation to age and educational level. It was based on authors such as Rivera (2014) and Vergara Ibáñez (2007). From the methodological aspects, the study is based on a quantitative research of correlational, cross-sectional and field type, using a survey as a collection instrument, which was applied to 75 elementary school teachers from the institutions of the North Historical Center of the city. from Barranquilla. The results of the study allowed to establish a characteristic profile on the presentation of conflict in these teachers, in the same way a level of association between the sociodemographic factors and the conflict was found. However, this occurred in very specific points of the survey, which does not allow to determine in an exact way the existing relationship between the study variables.
