Summary:This study shows the results of an investigation that determines the degree of ownership of the students of the Faculty of Architecture student on the rules of the Corporación Universidad de la Costa; CUC, from the creation and validation of an instrument that assessed knowledge related regulations are applied to a representative sample of the population for 68 students of architecture program first half of the period 2011-2, students’ responses were subjected to statistical analysis showing a 94 % awareness front 6% of ignorance of the rules, generating the sense of creating a proposal that focuses on quality learning through the implementation of teaching strategies.
