Summary:Process management allows organizations to carry out their activities and functions in a more productive and efficient way, punctually the purchasing process is an área of great importance since it is programmed, coordinated and executed the acquisition of all those resources essential for the performance of The organization, therefore, aimed to design the purchasing management process of a private Vaccination Center in the city of Barranquilla, during 2019. In it, the interview was applied as a method for the collection of information and the identification of the current situation of the company, several shortcomings were identified as: lack of financial planning, experience and knowledge in the business,low cash flow, lack of purchasing plan and internal control mechanisms, little human recourse which entails to the lack of personnel in charge of designing these processes and little presence of the leader. Subsequent to this, the elaboration of the routes and the procedures of biological purchases and the standardization was carried out.
