| Summary: | In this research, an evaluation was conducted with respect to the intervention of the Family Commissions in solving conflicts of domestic violence in the South-West of the city of Barranquilla during the years 2012-2014. To this end a study of socio-legal cutting descriptive qualitative approach, aimed at collecting comprehensive information on the concepts, variables, specific features and important features related to the purpose of it through deductive research method developed starting from a general level to reach the particular. To this end primary and secondary sources were used as surveys and interviews. According to the results of the sampling of the population under study, it is clear that in one way or another and, in spite that the measures are implemented to combat domestic violence in the southwest of Barranquilla, are theoretically effective, these are not met by the aggressor which makes the victim is exposed to a pattern of violence more complex, which is why the measures are still sometimes harmless to the reality of the situation, so, without fear of mistake, it is stated that the family Commissions, although complying with the protocols that have been established to address domestic violence, must be implemented 10 other policies to help dispel this social problem that has invaded the city of Barranquilla both , as the whole Colombia. |
