La protección jurídica del medio ambiente en el municipio de Sabanalarga: caso Laguna Arroyo Sucio 2016-2019

This research on the legal protection of the environment in the Municipality of Sabanalarga: Laguna Arroyo Sucio Case 2016-2019 was carried out using a mixed approach (qualitative - quantitative), with the objective of Determining environmental protection measures in the Arroyo Sucio lagoon, municipality of Sabanalarga, period 2016-2019, setting as specific objectives Identify the causes of water contamination in the Sucio stream lagoon, Review the management of the public administration in relation to the current environmental protection regulations and Propose solutions to water contamination . The socio-legal methodology was used. As an instrument for collecting information, a semi-structured interview with a key informant and a survey were designed, with (15) closed questions. The sample was taken in a non-probabilistic qualitative study and for convenience, and the sample in a representative quantitative study, that is, residents of the Puerto Amor neighborhood, the sampling is random or simple. As a result, it is pointed out that the contamination of the Arroyo Dirty Lake is the consequence of factors that are not controlled by the population of the Puerto Amor neighborhood, who contribute to it, due to the lack of application of environmental protection measures during the period 2016 - 2019. , reinforced by the lack of environmental culture. It concludes on the need to establish and apply solutions to water pollution in the Arroyo Dirty Lake in the municipality of Sabanalarga within the framework of current regulations to, consequently, initiate changes in the environmental culture involving all sectors.
