The development of humankind, the globalization and recent treaties have produced legislation and strategies that solve business necessities, but they contribute to the detriment of the dependent worker conditions. This social and economic problem is not necessarily related with the hiring system or the high unemployment rates. It deals with a number of facts which could be used in quantitative and qualitative investigation. Changes related with labor, such as new laws and new social integration strategies have generated changes that also affect businesses where outsourcing has become highly relevant. This investigation is aimed at showing the changes in the last decades in the new hiring strategies and the how the government in Colombia has led these changes

El mismo desarrollo de la humanidad, la globalización y los últimos tratados, han dado lugar a que se legisle y se implementen sistemas que resuelven necesidades empresariales pero que inciden en el detrimento de las condiciones del trabajador dependiente. El actual problema social y económico del trabajo no radica únicamente en la forma de contratación, en el alto índice de desempleo, sino que, además, tiene que ver con una serie de factores que pueden servir de referentes para el estudio de tipo cualitativo y cuantitativo del trabajo en la actualidad. En este sentido, los referentes conceptuales que sirven de marco referencial a la investigación son los que abordan la temática desde diferentes perspectivas; por una parte, de los cambios que se han dado en Colombia relacionados con el trabajo, como la expedición de leyes y las lógicas de integración social han generado cambios que influyen en las estrategias implementadas en sector empresarial en donde la que mayor relevancia tiene es la tercerización o forma de contratación laboral.
