Summary:The outsourcing management of labor strategies in Colombia, taking into account the juridical reference framework, deals with the labor contexts and the social function of work from the point of individual and social quality principies of human beings. The development of humankind, the globalization and recent treaties have produced legislation and strategies that solve business necessities, but they contribute to the detriment of the dependent worker conditions. This social and economic problem is not necessarily related with the hiring system or the high unemployment rates. It deals with a number of facts which could be used in quantitative and qualitative investigation. Changes related with labor, such as new laws and new social integration strategies have generated changes that also affect businesses where outsourcing has become highly relevant. This investigation is aimed at showing the changes in the last decades in the new hiring strategies and the how the government in Colombia has led these changes
