Description
Summary:Based on a mixed-type prospective study, this research aims to answer the question: What will be the sce-narios that Colombian society will have to face in the transformation of the labor market as a result of technological variations in 2050? Its usefulness lies in the possibility of proposing tools to increase research, development and innovation tasks in universities, com-plementing the training of future professionals, as well as developing strategies for social improvement, with which to encourage entrepreneurship to reduce un-employment rates, as a result of future technological developments. In the methodology, the Delphi method is used, where a survey is carried out, a panel of ex-perts is carried out and then a matrix of scenarios is proposed based on the morphological analysis of the results obtained by the application of the instruments. Finally, Peter Schwartz crosses the scenarios, where the contexts of the future with the highest probability of occurrence are presented, according to the previ-ously presented scenarios. And to conclude with the fact that society is the pillar of the most significant and transcendental changes.
