Summary: | In this degree work, the aim is to evaluate the feasibility of opening markets for the company Arturo García Frutas y Verduras E.U. in the departments of Bolívar, Magdalena and La Guajira, through field visits, surveys and other elementary tools that will help develop a market, technical, organizational and economic-financial study. It was established that the target market for the company is the large multinationals, hotel chains, restaurant franchises, hospitals, among others, from which different data were obtained during the field visits made by the researcher, which helped reflect a balance of the current situation with its suppliers in terms of products, prices, credits and customer service. Due to the above, an excellent opportunity is presented for the commercialization and distribution of fruits and vegetables in these 3 departments of the Colombian Caribbean region, due to its growth and geostrategic location, which facilitates the transport of merchandise and reduces operational costs, For its part, the research is supported by Porter's Value Creation theory, which allows identifying the processes and indicators that determine whether the project is viable, generates value for the company and exceeds the expectations of investors. |
