Summary: | This paper includes an energy, technical, economic, and environmental analysis on the installation of a mini hydraulic power plant in the Dreznica village in the province of Herzegovina in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The community of Dreznica is relatively isolated since it is completely surrounded by mountains and is composed of about 1500 inhabitants. This region is already provided with an energy system and this study is proposed as an investment in a clean and renewable energy project to contribute in the reduction of greenhouse gas emission. |
