Summary: | The development of a teacher's attitudinal profile refers to the low levels that the Social Sciences area presents regarding the results of the SABER ICFES 11 test and the significant role that the teacher plays to make it a success. From this arises precisely the objective of designing a curricular proposal oriented to the configuration of a teacher's attitudinal profile that strengthens student performance in the social sciences. A methodology is proposed under the epistemological approach, critical rationalist, hand in hand with a mixed complementary quali-quantitative research approach, with a systemic design by stages represented in a route, with an empirical stage, a theoretical stage and a propositive stage. In the empirical stage, the tenth-grade students of both institutions were focused, applying an instrument that was a Likert questionnaire; in the theoretical stage, authors such as Camilloni and Pages, who provided significant contributions; and finally, in the propositive stage, the Design Thinking methodology that supports the proposal, the deductive method, was used. The most relevant finding, taken from the following documentary sources such as: didactic sequence, improvement plans and subject plans and a secondary source, in this case the results of the Saber ICFES tests, was the sample of the low results in the area of social sciences in both institutions.With the results obtained, the findings give rise to the proposal entitled Configuration of a teacher's attitudinal profile for the mediation of student academic performance. |
