Description
Summary:From the beginning of mankind, man has sought and used all the resources that have been within reach to have his basic needs. This search has required to evolve and improve the techniques for carrying out the job; where it has gone from the collection of fruits and the hunt, until the industrialization of the processes, for the elaboration of products and services, in which it has always been used of the workforce. During this process, different forms of work have been used such as slavery and feudalism and with the industrial revolution, labor relations between employers and workers emerged; The above has involved workers' struggles to obtain rights and guarantees in the performance of the work, including the protection of the health and physical integrity of workers due to the dangers and risks they face in their daily job. Currently with the technological advances and the new virtual tools, a new job modality has been designed and implemented that has been called Teleworking; this type of employment relationship has caused the concern that if teleworkers in Colombia, the name with which they have been identified by workers under this methodology, have the same guarantees as traditional workers against the system of labor hazards, which is the main objective of this literature review?
