Summary:This research seeks to establish the relationship that exists between school bullying and the academic performance of students of the Rafael Jiménez Altahona Departmental Educational Institution, of the municipality of Santa Ana in the department of Magdalena, in the second grade of Primary Basic Education in the Divine Child See. A study was carried out with 23 students and 8 teachers from the Divino Niño headquarters of the Rafael Jiménez Altahona Educational Institution in the municipality of Santa Ana in the department of Magdalena, by collecting data, using an observation questionnaire for students as an instrument. teachers, and a survey applied to students, this, taking into account the registration of the grades of the subjects as a tool to establish the relationship. For this, the data collected were contrasted, and through its processing, it was possible to establish that the school climate is constantly rarefied as a consequence of problems such as bullying, also called Bullyng, this being the object of countless studies and reports. research projects that seek to reduce the impact that the problem has on schools and colleges regardless of socioeconomic level or social extraction. Using as an excuse, for events, characteristics such as differences in physical appearance, such as skin color in some cases physical difficulties, such as physical or cognitive disabilities.
