Summary:The purpose of this research was to determine the content validity of the Intervention Program in Executive Functions oriented to the development of Citizenship Competences in elementary students. The study was developed from the analytical empirical paradigm, of instrumental type, the evaluation was carried out by 14 judges, experts in the areas of Executive Functions, Citizen Competences and Research Methodology. The specifications, the design of the components were formulated and the corresponding parameters were established for the functional evaluation of the program. Achieving a level of reliability through Cronbach's Alpha, from .80 to .90 equivalent to good and excellent criteria. Being pertinent for a future piloting in children of basic primary.
