Summary: | The present study has the general objective the dimensions of corporate sustainability that underpin the green organizational culture of the Howard Johnson Hotel in the city of Barranquilla the result of this investigation was found about the organization a prevalence of significantly pro-environmental or sustainable behavior in the different agents with a high percentage of commitment with respect to establishing clear and viable objectives in the environmental aspect. However, difficulties were evident in assimilating concepts related to environmental management. because of the approach of each individual and their position taken in front of different environmental factors. Similarly, opportunities for improvements were identified that could contribute to the development of strategies aimed at obtaining a completely positive result in all the actors involved and thus prevent setbacks in the process for corporate sustainability currently obtained. |
