Manual de calidad que enmarque el plan de calidad y plan de manejo ambiental de la empresa Cira Piedrahita en la interventoria de las obras

In the present thesis the Manual of Quality settles down that frames the quality plan and plan of environmental management of the company in interventoria of works which conform the systems of quality management, in these gives you rule models and action to have a control in the accomplishment of the different activities from way has an increase in the yield of the processes and the impacts generated to the surroundings are diminished in the attainment of works contributing to them of this form sustainability and balance to the processes in the different actions in all the stages from execution, in the same way determine the actors which they take part, person in charge in the different processes in the stages of: formulation, evaluation, implementation and control of the quality manual, plans of quality and environmental management in construction projects similarly the different methods from inspection, the applicable frequencies and norms according to the activity and the elements that take part in the elaboration of a product according to the needs of the client. In the same way specific the characteristics and description of the documented procedures, the external and internal document controls, those of registry, the different actions and the methods from supervision to identify the problems that appear in a procedure to be able to realise the respective interventions according to the stage of the procedure in which is the process.
