Summary: | Over the years, evaluating has become a process that has made it possible to demonstrate the progress of the individual, becoming a critical axis for the educational sector, since with it the pedagogical and didactic movements for personal and professional development are valued. Therefore, this research aims to determine the impact of teacher evaluation on the academic results of the students of the National Institute of Professional Technical Training INFOTEP, seeking to benefit not only the teachers of this academic campus, but also the current institutional management work. In the same way, this investigative process is oriented within the quantitative empiricist approach under the positivist paradigm because when analyzing the relationship between teacher evaluation and the student's learning process, it was necessary to find the link between these two processes from a perspective. objective to obtain among the findings, that it is important to promote the idea of constantly relating the results of the teacher evaluation with the academic results of the students, because this process facilitates the description of situations that cannot be measured directly, allowing at the same time the calculation of constructs that are related to the effectiveness of teaching or educational quality, which can be difficult. In addition, it was observed that a series of indicators such as academic training, work experience, or academic results and subsequent efficiency, make it possible to configure a clearer picture in relation to the incidence of teacher evaluation in the academic performance of students. |
