Description
Summary:The purpose of the research was to configure a didactic curricular route to strengthen the entrepreneurial competences in students with disabilities of the Secondary and Middle School of the District Educational Institution La Magdalena from the interdisciplinary approach. The methodological component was derived from a rationalist epistemological approach, under a rationalist-critical paradigm, deductive-inductive method and the type of research is propositive of applicative nature in attention to the cognitive levels it reaches. The methodological design was proposed in three phases in coherence with the logic of the research: phase I of theoretical nature, sought to theoretically support the strengthening of entrepreneurial competences in students with disabilities through a didactic route. Phase II, of an empirical nature, sought to characterize the skills and competencies of the study population, as well as to approach official and private entities to characterize their opinion on the subject. In phase III, of a propositive nature, the didactic route was configured based on the Design Thinking methodology, using various instruments and techniques corresponding to the nature of each phase. Among the most relevant results, it was established that the lack of qualification of teachers in the inclusion of students with disabilities, as well as in the design and application of work strategies with this group, results in an increasingly restricted and insufficient training process; In addition, this situation is compounded by the isolated work developed by the teacher in the classroom, which hinders the joint efforts in favor of the entrepreneurship of students, especially those with disabilities, since they require the appropriate training to structure their personal projects with a view to improving their living conditions. In this sense, an interdisciplinary didactic design is proposed as a pedagogical strategy for the integration of different areas of knowledge that enable the strengthening of entrepreneurial skills.
