Summary: | The research sought to describe the attributes of resilient leadership as a competence of human talent from educational organizations. Quantitative methodology, descriptive type, non-experimental transversal design, using the survey technique through an 18-item questionnaire, addressed to the administrative staff of the study population, the technique of descriptive analysis, of variance, linear and factorial regression. The findings demonstrate the recognition of human talent capabilities. It is concluded that the safety indicator itself is pronounced as a strength, with shortcomings in: adaptation to change and strategic relationship, initiative, creativity and love. |
