Summary:This paper titled Analysis of the evaluation system of teacher performance Coast University. C.U.C. was aimed to: Analyze the Performance Evaluation process for teachers at the University of Costa. The methodology used for this research comes from emerging paradigms, in which qualitative and quantitative data are used, the approach of this Joint research perspective, allows the interaction of the two types of methods in the instruments used. Emphasis on the ethnographic method that seeks to detail the nature of the object of study is addressed. The reporting population consisted of 3 officers belonging to the Faculty of Humanities and the administrative area of the University. They also made part 24 teachers; also were observed 126 students from various programs of the University, in four (4) sessions of evaluation, of which 12 students were interviewed randomly selected among those involved in evaluations rooms University systems. Analysis of the evaluation system of teaching performance of Coast University, identified the models used to evaluate teacher performance in Coast University, and also to determine which are framed in methodology 360 comprising: Self ; hetero, by assessing students and evaluating managers; cohevaluación well as between peers. This is considered an integral model. Regarding the relevance of the instruments used in the evaluation of teaching at the University of the Coast, we can say that it is important for managers how being implemented tools in virtual and online platform also have chosen the best strategies and the best questions for the instruments in the assessment model CUC. Regarding the perception that teachers and students on the functions of evaluating teacher performance at the University of Costa, allows an institutional look, allows feedback processes; implementing a comprehensive assessment process teacher performance is itself one of its functions, objective perspective towards processes oriented teaching.
