Análisis de la incorporación del Cambio Climático en los Planes de Desarrollo de la Ciudad de Barranquilla en los Periodos del 2001-2016

The Climatic Change is a phenomenon that causes great negative impacts in the planet. Due to its geographic location and high biodiversity, Colombia is a vulnerable country before this phenomenon, and Barranquilla like capital of the Department of the Atlantic, one of the cities of the Caribbean region more possibly affected. This project was made with the purpose of analyzing how the development plans of the city of Barranquilla, which are a tool for the development and growth of the city, involve the climatic change and the strategies of adaptation to he himself. For this a documentary investigation became, where the different norms, laws, strategies and treaties at level were exposed the International, National, Departmental and Local, with the purpose of comparing and analyzing the information per periods of time and like these norms, laws or strategies is articulated within the programs and projects of the development plans of the city of Barranquilla.
