| Summary: | The objective of this research was analyze the incidence of public politics in the service of integrals welfare community homes in the rights of boys and girls in the district of Barranquilla (Atlántico). Complementary paradigm was used for this study with a mixed approach. The study is framed in an explanatory type of research. The design is parallel. The sample are ninety-five (95) community mothers, eight (8) experts in the Community modality. Thirteen (13) community homes. Through the techniques of semi-structured interview, surveys, structured observation, the data will be obtained. the resulted obtained the laws implemented in the community home service and all the actions carried out jointly by the actors involved, from the roles that each actor assumes as part of the application of the ICBF guidelines, such of as public policies. In the community homes of Integral Welfare to guarantee the rights of children, the provisions of public policies must be implemented, providing actions of child care, health and nutrition, initial education, recreation and the exercise of the rights of the child as a citizen. In the HCBI this the need of implementing public policies to guarantee the human rights of children. Recognizing laws to support comprehensive early childhood care from various areas, these policies have become an opportunity to positively benefit the vulnerable population, protecting and guaranteeing their rights, however a greater effort is needed to guarantee children's right in full. |
