| Summary: | This research which general objective sought to analyze the stereotypes and prejudices that affect attitudes of Violence in students 17 to 22 years, was carried out in the Universidad de la Costa CUC located in the city of Barranquilla, with 183 students of the different programs that the Institution offers. The obtained results demonstrate a high index of prejudices and stereotypes framed in sexist beliefs and justification of domestic violence, as well as stereotypes that justify the violence between equal like reaction and valor to its partners and in less relevance, those stereotypes and prejudices framed in the intolerance and justification of the violence towards minorities. The results also show that age is not a determinant factor in attitudes of violence, what a predominance was not glimpsed to the existence of a frequent prejudice in a range of certain age |
