Description
Summary:The research is aimed at establishing the commitment and relationship that the rural school has, from its curricular components and the implementation of Productive Pedagogical Projects (PPP) in two technical-agricultural educational institutions in Colombia, which allow them to improve their living conditions, strengthening creativity with ventures that are the basis of personal and family progress. Consequently, the proposed objective is to analyze the process of curricular integration of the PPPs and their contribution to rural development, for which some dimensions that support the study are considered. The research has an empiricist - inductive approach, with a positivist paradigm, it is oriented towards a quantitative methodology. Therefore, a documentary analysis of the Institutional Educational Projects (PEI), the institutional improvement plans, and the area plans is carried out; For its part, the field analysis has the participation of tenth grade students, teachers, teaching directors, parents and graduates, using the survey as a data collection technique, whose instrument is the questionnaire. The results show the lack of integration of the academic subjects with the institutional emphasis, there is an absence of creativity to undertake micro-business processes with the knowledge acquired in the institution; In summary, it is concluded that there is a need to strengthen the process of curricular integration from the PEI, making the implementation of PPPs in the different areas of knowledge an institutional policy.
