Summary: | This research proposes the design of the program for the improvement of the motivational factors and quality of life in the company Geoteco Ltda beginning the work with the entire staff of Geoteco Ltda, this is a company established in the construction sector was interested in improving the human sector of the organization, allowing the application of instruments we formally unveiled the features that are negatively affecting the development of the organization. Initially we cover general topics such as motivation and quality of life at work, with intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors proposed by F. Herzberg so we can have a theoretical foundation that allowed us to go deeper on issues such as the importance of skills, interpersonal relationships, communication, recognition of good work with positive feedback about their performance, the assessment of the taxable valuation among other variables known to us were taken into account when designing the program initially proposed, these are the motivation and the quality of life. |
