La presente investigación sobre responsabilidad especial empresarial en las pequeñas y medianas empresas comerciales en la ciudad de barranquilla, se hizo con enfoque cualitativo, en un estudio descriptivo cuyo método utilizado es el inductivo, la muestra escogida es no probalistico. Tiene como resultado que las pequeñas y medianas empresas objeto del estudio practican acciones de responsabilidad social empresarial sin que necesariamente sepan que lo hacen, poseen conocimiento sobre la responsabilidad social empresarial, pero muestran incertidumbres debido a los costos tecnológicos, financieros, capital humano en los que se incurre en un programa de responsabilidad social empresarial; proponiendo dentro de las recomendaciones una programa para las pequeñas y medianas empresas comerciales de alimentos de la ciudad de barranquilla, proponiendo un programa RSE para las pequeñas y medianas empresas comerciales en la ciudad de barranquilla, que vaya más allá de hacer acciones que beneficien al empleador, que se conviertan en acciones tanto para los clientes internos y externos de la organización. |
