Summary: | Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) play a fundamental role in the development of strategies aimed at social transformation. The objective of this research is to propose a methodology to evaluate the externalities of HEIs as an effect of interventions in their interest groups from the extension and social projection. The methodology was descriptive-documentary; based on the categories that determine social transformation, variables were considered that will be part of the regression econometric model for these categories, which determines an impact index. The result is the four (4) moments of the proposed methodology. Each variable can be assessed to determine the real impact of a project. |
