Description
Summary:Direct skills have been defined as a set of capabilities indispensable for the correct development of leadership in an organization. These skills are very diverse and span several domains that together define how a person will perform in a managerial position. Here is a description of the characteristics in managerial skills of specialization students and in addition, the results of those students who have experience and those who do not are compared. Experience in management positions is found to have strong implications for most management skills while experience with staff in charge only has an effect on self-knowledge and problem solving. In conclusion it is found that experience does generate differences in the development of managerial skills even if you are in a training program oriented to it.
