Summary:The objective of this work is to develop a marketing plan for the Commercial Technical Educational Institution of Sabanalarga, to fulfill this objective conducted an analysis of the internal and external factor of the organization, in order to be able to determine the current situation of the company and how these factors affect positive or negative ways within the organization and the influence they have on the customer's decision. It was also evaluated the competence, its success factors, its work for innovate, and after-sales service, among other; studies were made with current and potential clients to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the service being provided and how the community views to the Educational Institution of Sabanalarga Technical Trade. It is also designed strategies, for the service to be differentiated and innovative and that the target population know the draft trainer of the institution.
