Quintero, Gustavo Adolfo2024-01-28T21:30:44Z2024-01-28T21:30:44Z1992-05https://repositorio.minciencias.gov.co/handle/20.500.14143/504771 documentoFué Canalis en 1887 el primero en realizar trasplantes de tejido de la corteza suprarrenal en ratas, reportando la presencia de células corticales en el injerto a los 15 dias post-trasplante. 1 Mucho se logró avanzar cuando Poll en 1898 y 1899 2 , 3 trabajando con diferentes animales gatos, ranas, conejos importante observación de que el tejido cortical hizo la sobrevivía mientras que el de la médula invariablemente desaparecía y era reemplazado por tejido conectivo.
