El artículo hace una revisión sobre la realidad del funcionamiento y estructuración de la función sustantiva de la investigación a partir de los grupos de investigación en derecho de los departamentos de la región andina en el período 2008-2011 visibles en la plataforma ScienTi de Colciencias. Para ello se abordan los cambios en el número de grupos y de investigadores en el período citado, el surgimiento formal de grupos de investigación, el número de proyectos y productos, la cantidad de integrantes en cada uno, así como la dedicación horaria concedida a los mismos, permitiendo determinar las tendencias y cambios temáticos en los órdenes departamental y regional, el estado de conformación de las agrupaciones, y la categorización de las mismas ante el Estado. |
