On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) called the coronavirus a pandemic and urged governments around the world to take strong measures to prepare for the first wave of the public health emergency such as confinement in many countries (WHO, 2020). Organizations have had to make decisions and take action quickly for workers to operate remotely following the decision of governments to implement quarantine restrictions around the world, causing changes in mobility and temporary closure of workplaces. The purpose of this research is to identify the behavioral competencies, soft skills, that people are requiring in this pandemic era and that are key to successful performance in organizations. The aim is to understand the challenges experienced by staff working from home. It seeks to provide useful information to support organizational decision making based on the perception of soft skills in organizations, taking into account the mode of study and other factors. There is a high variety of texts focused on innovation in times of crisis and how to turn around a situation of global recession in this case due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The result shows that communication skills are perceived with a higher level of difficulty by the majority of respondents. It is essential to develop communication skills and use them as tools to innovate socially, considering telework as a transformation of previous conditions.application/pdfspaDiagnóstico de la percepción de las habilidades blandas por parte de los teletrabajadores y los estudiantes remotos durante la pandemiaDiagnosing the perception of soft skills by teleworkers and remote learners during the pandemicbachelorThesisTesis/Trabajo de grado - Monografía - Pregradoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesishttp://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1fhttps://purl.org/redcol/resource_type/TPinfo:eu-repo/semantics/drafthttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_b1a7d7d4d402bcceHabilidades blandasPandemiaTrabajo presencialTrabajo remotoAdministración de personalPandemiaEducación y trabajo a distanciaFace-to-face workPandemicRemote workSoft skillsAjibade, A., Aiyenitaju, Opeoluwa., Olantunji, David.
