description El presente proyecto se relaciona con los procesos que se ejecutan en la empresa Haztrambiente Corporation S.A.S y que, en el desarrollo de la consultoría del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, busca identificar el cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente de acuerdo con el Decreto 1072 de 2015 y la resolución 0312 de 2019. En consecución de los procesos que se ejecutaran en la consultoría científico-técnica se obtuvo un prediagnóstico de cumplimiento de los estándares mínimos que de acuerdo con el nivel de riesgo y el número de trabajadores se tendrían en cuenta 23 ítems establecidos por la ficha técnica trazada por la Universidad. Los cuales 13 ítems dan un total cumplimiento de los procesos que se ejecutan en la empresa Haztrambiente Corporation S.A.S y 10 de ellos son los que se identifican en no cumplimiento, en determinación se realizara proceso de ejecución e intervención de acuerdo con el plan de trabajo que se consigna en conjunto con la Universidad y la empresa convenio.
