description En el colegio Centro Comercial Madre Elisa Roncallo, se viene presentando una problemática a nivel convivencial de acoso escolar, que está afectando el desempeño académico de los estudiantes y altera el cumplimiento del manual de convivencia, motivo por el cual implementó un Plan de Mejoramiento Educativo; aplicando líneas de acción y estrategias definidas por la Gestión Comunitaria, para luchar contra el acoso escolar presentado en la institución. Esta gestión implica una participación activa y colaborativa de toda la comunidad educativa: Directivos, docentes, padres de familia, estudiantes, entidades públicas y privadas, fomentando la comunicación, la colaboración y el respeto mutuo, pilares fundamentales para crear un entorno escolar seguro y positivo. A través, de la implementación de diferentes estrategias, se puede lograr un impacto significativo en la reducción del acoso escolar y en la promoción de un ambiente educativo saludable y enriquecedor para todos los estudiantes.
