La estructura productiva de la agroindustria azucarera en el departamento del Valle del Cauca a partir de la producción de bioetanol 2005-2017

In the development of this work, the referential framework is initially presented in which the theoretical framework, conceptual framework, normative framework and the corresponding state of the art are included. Following are the productive generalities and potential of the department of Valle del Cauca, where descriptive information of the department is presented, it begins with both geographical and physiographic specifications, the respective potentialities of the department are shown, and the productive generalities of the Valle del Cauca, divided into cluster initiatives and non-cluster initiatives. Subsequently, the relationship of bioethanol production with sugarcane production in the 2005-2017 period appears, here is descriptive information on the behavior of production on one side of the sugarcane and on the other side of the production of sugarcane. Bioethanol First, the production of sugar cane is presented at the national level and then at the level of the department of Valle del Cauca and the production of Bioethanol is shown in the same way at the national level and then at the level of the department for the period analyzed. Finally, the links of the production chain and the conformation of the sugar agribusiness for the 2005-2017 period are shown, where the links formed by the primary link and the industrial link are first presented.
