Summary:The study carried out is of a qualitative nature, in which a diagnosis of the state of the company was developed, prior to the transition of the quality management system in its NTC ISO 9001: 2015 version. Based on the diagnosis, the state of compliance of the company's management system regarding the standard in its 2015 version was evaluated by means of a checklist provided by the ICONTEC, this list allowed to find opportunities for improvement, which were reflected in a plan of activities, later strategies were established to achieve the satisfactory transition of the norm in the organization, which would allow compliance with the requirements of the standard.
