| Summary: | In the municipality of Lejanías in the department of Meta, we observe a deficit in the quality of life of the peasants who inhabit this region, as this area is mainly productive in the agricultural sector, this population lives mostly in rural areas. These farmers are currently living in houses with low quality of materials and public services, in addition to a deficit in access to collaborative relationships throughout the community. In order to provide an optimal solution to this problem, we seek to design grouped housing that strengthens social relations and interactions by optimizing the quality of life of peasants in rural areas of the municipality of Lejanías to benefit collective and productive needs making them self-sustainable, this being achieved from productive cycles within the organization governed by the theory of endogenous rural development and circular urbanism. |
