The document has a study of projects on the population, productive chains, education, health and road infrastructure of the municipalities used by the administration in charge of each one of them, based on this information, it gives rise to a strategic location of partial plan which is given by its proximity to the river and airport as a source of export, also located less than 1km the national road that leads to Buenaventura through the country from east to west. Therefore, a physical structure is used that has a maximum size of 10 built blocks, therefore, the division of the productive and residential sector is used as a theory by means of a green core that functions as the lung of the project. It also implements the approach of a series of action units that benefit the regional population by generating education, employment and health in large, medium and small scale, helping to improve the economy of the population. And finally, an ecological development of all the buildings and roads proposed is sought, which is achieved through the use of clean and renewable energies, through projects such as tram, solar panels and electric fuels.
