| Summary: | The company known as Servicios Profesionales IH, SAS. is dedicated to provide the service of engine repair, preventive and corrective maintenance. It was presenting big problems due to the fact that the established times were extensive and costly for the customer. In this study it is evidenced that with the implementation in times and processes in the operation, productivity changes can be achieved, obtaining a gradual decrease in repair, maintenance and delivery times; thus allowing lower prices, improvement in service attention and greater participation in the market. After the appropriate evaluations, the company begins to develop solutions, starting with training for technical personnel, use of optimal times for the elaboration of fixed budgets, monitoring the efficiency of the staff's activities, improving the efficiency of the processes and documenting all the information, as well as presenting the conclusions and recommendations drawn from the study. |
